What a way to start this new blog! Some yummy but easy oven baked chicken wing recipe. This is definitely a go-to when the husband and I crave something comforting. Eating healthy has its perks and flaws but if you can get the hang of it, then it becomes a habit. This is a low carb recipe {we’ve been on a low carb diet for some time now}.

This recipe is spicy, you can adjust how spicy you would like it. For the kids I don’t even add the sauce. Just olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder for them. I’m not sure if you have heard of Famous Daves but these wings remind me so much of theirs. All recipes I share are in fact mine, unless otherwise stated. Please share with friends and family, but I ask to kindly note Two Beats One Love as a source.

Happy eating!
